Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. During new releases, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

If an item made-to-order or preorder, the estimated processing time will be stated in the product description. 

Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Wild Roots Co. 

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more, after discounts and before applicable taxes. 

Incorrect Addresses 

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. 

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped. 

Wild Roots Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control. 

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier.
